A TEHNO DISTRIBUTIE, SRL（以下简称"公司"）开发的 Newbie Wallet（以下简称"本应用"）是一个用于管理加密资产的钱包应用程序。在您使用本应用之前，请仔细阅读本协议。
一、服务说明
- 本应用为用户提供创建钱包、备份助记词、导入钱包等基础区块链资产管理功能，不提供交易撮合、法币兑换或 NFT 展示服务。
- 本应用为非托管钱包，不保存用户的私钥、助记词或密码，用户需自行保管。
- 所有私钥仅存在于用户设备中，丢失即无法找回。
二、用户权利与义务
- 用户应年满 18 岁，具备完全民事行为能力。
- 用户应妥善保管助记词和私钥，因用户自身原因造成的资产损失，公司概不负责。
- 用户不得利用本应用进行任何非法活动，包括但不限于洗钱、诈骗、暗网交易等。
三、隐私政策
- 本应用不会收集任何与身份相关的信息。
- 应用可能收集崩溃日志、性能指标用于改进服务，但不包含任何用户私密信息。
- 数据传输遵循加密保护标准。
四、服务限制与中止
- 公司有权在不提前通知的情况下修改、暂停或终止本应用的部分或全部服务。
- 用户违反本协议的，公司有权中止其使用权利。
免责声明
一、风险提示
- 区块链资产价格波动剧烈，用户应谨慎决策并自行承担全部投资风险。
- 由于技术升级、黑客攻击或第三方服务中断等因素造成的资产损失，公司不承担赔偿责任。
- 用户对自己的设备安全、网络环境负责，避免因恶意软件或钓鱼链接等造成助记词泄露。
二、适用法律
- 用户在使用本应用过程中，应遵守所在地法律法规。
- 若用户所在地法律禁止数字货币钱包使用，请立即停止使用本应用。
User Agreement
This agreement ("Agreement") is between the user ("You") and A TEHNO DISTRIBUTIE, SRL ("Company") regarding the use of the Newbie Wallet application ("App").
1. Description of Services
- The App offers wallet creation, mnemonic backup, and import/export functions. It does not support crypto-fiat exchange or NFT display.
- This is a non-custodial wallet: your keys and mnemonics are only stored on your device.
- The Company does not store, access, or recover your private keys or mnemonics.
2. User Rights and Responsibilities
- Users must be over 18 years old and have full civil capacity.
- You are solely responsible for storing your mnemonics and private keys.
- You agree not to use the App for illegal activities, such as money laundering, fraud, or darknet transactions.
3. Privacy Policy
- The App does not collect any personal identifiable information.
- It may collect anonymous crash logs and diagnostics to improve functionality.
- All data transfers are protected using industry-standard encryption.
4. Service Interruption
- The Company may suspend or terminate any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
- If you violate this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to restrict your access.

- The Company is not responsible for losses caused by hacker attacks, system upgrades, or service interruptions.

2. Legal Compliance
